Welcome to our international package, International Royal-tea! We are so excited to be growing and cannot wait to get bigger! In our fit for a Queen package, we include the traditional Korean bojagi wrap, and 40 pieces of candy (up to 5 pounds). Please use notes to let us know which flavors you absolutely do not want to have packaged and which ones you need and want! Please allow 8-12 days for drying and processing. We ship out international express and our trial run took 6 days from USA to the UK customer!

Each candy is individually wrapped and made with organic flavor and coloring from teas, juices and fruits.
All of our candies are vegan, gluten free, and made in a nut-free environment. All candies have a different level of softness based on the fruits, homemade juices and jams that we use. Not all candies are super crisp, though if this is your goal, leave a comment with your order about the desired flavor and we will provide the ideal cut to get the extra crunchy crispness.
All candies are handmade and each have their own individual style, unique shape, and variable coloring. They may not always look like what is in the photo. Flavoring ranges from a very subtle and sweet flavor to a very natural and authentic flavor depending on the teas, fruits, and homemade juices and jams that are used.
Our hobakdang does not have any added preservatives. They are best enjoyed within 2-3 weeks, however, may last for many more months, but do be advised that these candies harden further over time and may no longer have a jelly interior if kept for an extended period of time. Please consume within the first few weeks for the best experience.

- Due to high demand of our candies, our current processing time is about 14 to 21 business days not including weekends and holidays. Please contact support@kandyseoul.com if there is an issue.
- We ship to both United States and Canada.
- We will send your tracking information through USPS after your order is processed, and shipping will take about 3-10 days depending on your location.
- International shipping will take up to 2-4 weeks depending on your location. Please contact us if you have any questions.
- We are not responsible for damaged or lost items. Once the package is picked up by the shipping carrier, we are no longer responsible for the package and you will need to contact the carrier.
- You have the option to purchase package protection via Route at check out. While not required, it is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED as we are not responsible for lost or destroyed packages.

This is a fragile item requiring extra cushioning for the package. We ship anywhere in the United States, but due to rough package handling during transit, our candies may not hold its original form.
Please contact us if you have a specific target date and we will reply with an estimated shipping date, but we can make no guarantees.
There are absolutely no returns, refunds, or exchanges accepted on our candies.This also includes the shipping costs. Buyers outside the United States are responsible for any and all custom fees. import taxes, or other delivery-related charges once the item has been shipped.

I was so excited to try these! So far this is my favorite shop to get “crystal candies”. Except a few to be cracked or broken especially when getting such a large amount; but the flavors are just incredible, absolutely delightful. Especially love the sours flavors, they kinda taste like a sour patch kid!
I am SO excited to try all the crystals from this package! So far, the ones that I’ve tried have been bang on in flavour and totally delicious. It’s gonna take me awhile to get through, but when I’m done I’m ordering it again.
The candy came in great shape, and so far they taste amazing. A couple broke or slightly melted in transit, but they still taste just as delicious.
It was amazing!!! Had to do it all over again and order my Sister one as well. Even got my son an Anime collection!! Can’t wait!!!
