Shipping Policy

  • Due to high demand of our candies, our current processing time is about 14 to 21 business days not including weekends and holidays. Please contact support@kandyseoul.com if there is an issue.
  • We ship to both United States and Canada.
  • We will send your tracking information through USPS after your order is processed, and shipping will take about 3-10 days depending on your location.
  • International shipping will take up to 2-4 weeks depending on your location. Please contact us if you have any questions.
  • We are not responsible for damaged or lost items. Once the package is picked up by the shipping carrier, we are no longer responsible for the package and you will need to contact the carrier. 
  • You have the option to purchase package protection via Route at check out. While not required, it is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED as we are not responsible for lost or destroyed packages.

This is a fragile item requiring extra cushioning for the package. We ship anywhere in the United States, but due to rough package handling during transit, our candies may not hold its original form.

Please contact us if you have a specific target date and we will reply with an estimated shipping date, but we can make no guarantees.

There are absolutely no returns, refunds, or exchanges accepted on our candies.This also includes the shipping costs. Buyers outside the United States are responsible for any and all custom fees. import taxes, or other delivery-related charges once the item has been shipped.

After items are shipped, the carrier is responsible for any damages towards the package. For example, candies opened, candies melted, incorrect delivery address, items marked delivered but did not receive the package, etc.

Once your order is packed and processing, you will receive an email with a tracking number.

  • There are no refunds or exchanges given for our candies - all sales are final. Any issues with packages in shipping will need to be handled with the carrier. Once your order leaves our facility, Kandy Seoul does not take responsibility for damaged items or packages.
  • If your package does not arrive as confirmed in the tracking, please contact us at support@kandyseoul.com and the carrier in order for Kandy Seoul to be able to determine what happened with the package. Most of the time lost packages can be recovered if contacted within the first 48 hours. If you have purchased shipping protection via Route, please visit their website at https://claims.route.com. Otherwise we are not responsible.
  • Customer is responsible for any incorrect addresses or locations where shipping company is unable to deliver.
