When will I receive my order?
Though we may be able to complete an order faster, depending on the number of orders being placed, processing times can take up to two weeks (not including holidays and weekends. Shipping can take an additional 1-8 days depending on your shipping speed preferences and location. International shipping can take 2-6 weeks.

Why does processing take long?
Kandy Seoul makes each batch of our candies by hand and that takes time. And since they don't have artificial preservatives, we make our batches to order so they arrive fresh to your doorstep. Quality takes a little time and we're still a small operation. As we grow we will be able to hire more people and move faster, so thank you for your support!

How long is the shelf life?
It depends on the product. Our crystal candies will last up to 6 weeks at the time of delivery if stored properly in a cool and dry location. They do not necessarily spoil but will harden over time. For the best taste, it is recommended to be consumed within 6 weeks of delivery. Refrigeration is not needed or recommended. Our dalgona candies have a long shelf life but are recommended to be consumed within one to two weeks of delivery as the quality of the candy will deteriorate later.

Can I return my order for a refund?
No. Since this is a food item, we cannot exchange or refund our products. Any of your orders damaged during shipping should be handled with the shipping carrier that you have selected. Once we send your items out, we are not held responsible for damaged or lost items. Packages that are returned to us for incorrect addresses will incur additional fees.

Where can I track my order?
We will provide tracking information for the order to the email address provided at the time of ordering. If there are any questions or concerns, please contact us at support@kandyseoul.com. We will not be answering any tracking-related questions on our social media platforms.
