Horchata Pandan is a wonderful blend. While Pandan is a smooth vanilla coconut flavor, it adds great depth to the cinnamon in the Horchata taste. This assortment comes with 8-10 individually styled pieces. Each of our candies are individually wrapped.

All of our candies are vegan, gluten free, and made in a nut-free environment. All candies have a different level of softness based on the fruits, homemade juices and jams that we use. Not all candies are super crisp, though if this is your goal, leave a comment with your order about the desired flavor and we will provide the ideal cut to get the extra crunchy crispness.

All candies are handmade and each have their own individual style, unique shape, and variable coloring. They may not always look like the photos shown. Flavoring ranges from a very subtle and sweet flavor to a very natural and authentic flavor depending on the teas, fruits, and homemade juices and jams that are used.

Shipping & Handling

  • Due to high demand of our candies, our current processing time is about 14 to 21 business days not including weekends and holidays. Please contact support@kandyseoul.com if there is an issue.
  • We ship to both United States and Canada.
  • We will send your tracking information through USPS after your order is processed, and shipping will take about 3-10 days depending on your location.
  • International shipping will take up to 2-4 weeks depending on your location. Please contact us if you have any questions.
  • We are not responsible for damaged or lost items. Once the package is picked up by the shipping carrier, we are no longer responsible for the package and you will need to contact the carrier. 
  • You have the option to purchase package protection via Route at check out. While not required, it is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED as we are not responsible for lost or destroyed packages.

This is a fragile item requiring extra cushioning for the package. We ship anywhere in the United States, but due to rough package handling during transit, our candies may not hold its original form.

Please contact us if you have a specific target date and we will reply with an estimated shipping date, but we can make no guarantees.

There are absolutely no returns, refunds, or exchanges accepted on our candies.This also includes the shipping costs. Buyers outside the United States are responsible for any and all custom fees. import taxes, or other delivery-related charges once the item has been shipped.

After items are shipped, the carrier is responsible for any damages towards the package. For example, candies opened, candies melted, incorrect delivery address, items marked delivered but did not receive the package, etc.
